In Memory of my Grammy

In Memory of my Grammy

Grammy

On July 1st, Heaven welcomed the most beautiful angel, my Grammy, Anna. Grammy lived a magnificent life and was just shy of 92 years old. She was many things including: a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and even great great grandmother. Grammy proudly served her country as an engine mechanic which always made us chuckle a little as she never learned to drive. She met my Grampy, Lester, while serving in the Army and they were married for 50 wonderful years.

Grammy was always smiling and had a laugh that could light up an entire party. I wish I had that laugh saved on video. She loved to craft, sewing her own clothing and creating her own greeting cards with folded 3D butterflies. I believe her eye for design and mind for creating is where my passion and desire for design was born.

I send her love and laughter and know she is smiling down on us, enjoying being reunited with her husband and her daughter, Auntie Jerry. I miss you like crazy and wish I could hear you laugh just one more time. XOXO

I only got to met Anna once, she was a lovely lady to talk to and you could tell she loved her family. My thoughts and Prayers are with you…
